Back-row Ryan Wilson has been added to Scotland’s long injury list and will miss the remainder of the Six Nations.
The Glasgow co-captain suffered knee ligament damage in Saturday’s 22-13 loss to Ireland at Murrayfield.
Centre Huw Jones and full-back Stuart Hogg also picked up knee and shoulder injuries respectively.
Both remain part of Gregor Townsend’s squad and will be assessed by a specialist this week before the trip to France on 23 February.
Wilson’s absence will be keenly felt, with back-row forwards John Barclay, Hamish Watson, Sam Skinner, Dave Denton, Blade Thomson, John Hardie and Magnus Bradbury also missing.
