Castleford Tigers forward Junior Moors has signed a two-year contract extension to stay with the Super League club until the end of the 2019 season.
Samoa international Moors made 22 appearances in 2016 and was named the club’s player of the year.
The 30-year-old joined Tigers in 2015 from NRL side Melbourne, scoring four tries in 25 games in his first season.
“He had an enormous 2016, being one of the best forwards in Super League,” head coach Daryl Powell said.
“I have no doubt that he will continue to improve and we will see the very best of Junior Moors in the next few years.”
